SIMPLY FIT BOOT CAMP
Our signature program is our 4-week, Simply Fit Boot Camp. We blend high-impact cardio in short bouts with traditional and non-traditional weight training methods to create a calorie-buring, muscle-toning experience. Key components include:

OUR CLASS TIMES
Mornings: Simply Fit Boot Camp runs from 5:15-6:15 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
We host our programs outdoors at The Villages at Allen in front of The Allen Event Center. On bad weather days, we are lucky to have a relationship with the Allen Event Center and are able to use their parking garages for our workouts. In other words, your workout will never be canceled unless the driving conditions are unsafe.
